The custom value types are enabled as is the MEM_MAPPED option. However, many of the other options just can't be activated and if they can, they are giving me crashes due to access violations to unmapped mem regions. Player cannot apply the same effect more than once on a weapon / accessory. For version, it will take a while until the script is activated.
